Quali dati raccogliamo

Raccogliamo solo i dati necessari a far funzionare l'app per il team. Non ci sono pubblicità, non vendiamo né condividiamo dati con terzi per finalità di marketing.

• Dati account: nome, indirizzo email, password (gestita in modo sicuro dal nostro fornitore di autenticazione, mai visibile a noi in chiaro), ruolo nel team, lingua preferita e preferenze di notifica.
• Dati di logistica eventi: informazioni su gare, viaggi, voli e hotel inserite dallo staff per organizzare le trasferte del team, che possono includere il nome di membri del team associati a un volo o una prenotazione.
• Documenti: l'app dà accesso a documenti del team (timetable, PDF di logistica e, per i piloti, documenti personali) conservati su Dropbox dell'azienda; l'app non ne fa una copia propria, si limita a mostrarli a chi ha i permessi.
• DRR log, DRR Stock e DRR Tech (sezioni dell'app visibili solo a chi ne ha il permesso): per organizzare le trasferte, dati della crew come data di nascita, passaporto ed ESTA (visibili solo a chi gestisce la crew), voli, hotel, noleggi, giornate di lavoro, note spese e costi di trasferta (visibili solo a chi gestisce i costi); movimenti di magazzino dei ricambi con il nome di chi li registra; report tecnici, tempi sul giro e fatture ai piloti.
• Rubrica e foto profilo: numeri di telefono inseriti nel profilo e, se la carichi, la tua foto profilo, visibili ai membri del team che hanno accesso alla rubrica.
• Chat del team: i messaggi che scrivi, i messaggi vocali che registri, le foto, i video e i file che invii, le risposte ai sondaggi e, solo se scegli di condividerla, la tua posizione in quel momento. Sono visibili solo ai partecipanti della conversazione. La posizione non viene mai letta in background: solo quando la invii tu.
• Notifiche push: se attivi le notifiche, salviamo l'identificativo tecnico necessario per inviarti un avviso (per il browser: endpoint e chiavi di cifratura; per le app iPhone e Android: il codice del dispositivo fornito da Apple o Google), nient'altro. Le notifiche possono comparire anche sull'orologio abbinato al telefono.
• Dati tecnici in caso di errore: se l'app incontra un errore, un resoconto tecnico (tipo di errore, pagina, informazioni sul dispositivo) viene inviato al nostro servizio di monitoraggio (Sentry) per permetterci di risolverlo. Non include il contenuto dei tuoi documenti.

Perché li trattiamo

Unicamente per gestire la logistica del team e farti usare l'app (base giuridica: esecuzione del rapporto con il team/legittimo interesse organizzativo). Non effettuiamo profilazione né trattamenti automatizzati che producano effetti su di te.

Con chi condividiamo i dati

I dati sono trattati dai fornitori tecnici che rendono possibile l'app, come responsabili del trattamento per nostro conto:

• Supabase (database e autenticazione)
• N2F (note spese, importate in DRR log)
• Vercel (hosting dell'applicazione)
• Dropbox (archiviazione documenti)
• Sentry (monitoraggio errori tecnici)
• Apple (Apple Push Notification service) e Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), solo per recapitare le notifiche alle app

Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare i dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea, con garanzie adeguate previste dalla normativa (es. clausole contrattuali standard). Non vendiamo né cediamo dati a terzi per finalità commerciali.

Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

I dati dell'account restano finché sei membro del team con accesso all'app; alla disattivazione dell'account vengono rimossi o resi anonimi entro un tempo ragionevole, salvo obblighi di legge che richiedano una conservazione più lunga.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli o riceverne una copia, scrivendo a info@drr.racing. Puoi anche chiedere l'eliminazione del tuo account direttamente dall'app, in "I miei dati" > "Elimina account". Hai inoltre diritto a proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) se ritieni che il trattamento violi la normativa applicabile.

This policy describes what data DRR Paddock collects — the internal logistics app for the Dilawri Rossocorsa Racing team — and how it is handled. The app is restricted to team members (drivers, coaches, mechanics, staff) and their guests, and is not publicly available: access requires an account created by the team administrator.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (securely handled by our authentication provider, never visible to us in plain text), team role, language preference and notification settings.
• Event logistics data: race, travel, flight and hotel information entered by staff to organize team trips, which may include team members' names tied to a flight or booking.
• Documents: the app gives access to team documents (timetables, logistics PDFs and, for drivers, personal documents) stored in the company's Dropbox; the app does not keep its own copy, it only displays them to those with permission.
• DRR log, DRR Stock and DRR Tech (app sections visible only to those with permission): to organize trips, crew data such as date of birth, passport and ESTA (visible only to crew managers), flights, hotels, rentals, working days, expense reports and travel costs (visible only to cost managers); spare parts inventory movements with the name of who records them; technical reports, lap times and driver invoices.
• Directory and profile photo: phone numbers entered in your profile and, if you upload one, your profile photo, visible to team members who have access to the directory.
• Team chat: the messages you write, the voice messages you record, the photos, videos and files you send, your poll answers and, only if you choose to share it, your location at that moment. They are visible only to the participants of the conversation. Location is never read in the background: only when you send it.
• Push notifications: if you enable notifications, we store the technical identifier needed to deliver them (for the browser: endpoint and encryption keys; for the iPhone and Android apps: the device token issued by Apple or Google), nothing else. Notifications may also appear on the watch paired with your phone.
• Technical error data: if the app hits an error, a technical report (error type, page, device info) is sent to our monitoring service (Sentry) so we can fix it. It does not include the content of your documents.

Why we process it

Solely to run team logistics and let you use the app. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces effects on you.

Who we share it with

Technical providers that make the app possible, acting as data processors on our behalf:

How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as you remain a team member with access to the app; once an account is deactivated, data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless a longer retention is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data by writing to info@drr.racing. You can also request deletion of your account directly in the app, under "My details" > "Delete account". You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

The app only uses essential technical cookies to keep you signed in: no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
